I AM BASED IN PHILADELPHIA. 

  • Minimum booking for tours is 90 minutes unless otherwise stated (exceptions may be made for returning clients).

    I make semi-frequent tours to NYC, DC, Detroit, & Boston. Check my calendar and subscribe to my mailing list to stay up-to-date.

  • I am easily enticed to cities all along the Northeast Corridor from New York City to Washington DC, with a 3-hour minimum booking.

    Round trip train fare will be added to consideration. 50% deposit required.

  • East Coast
    4 hour booking minimum plus expenses

    Midwest
    4 hour booking minimum plus expenses (if more than 3 hour flight from Philadelphia)

    6 hour booking minimum plus expenses (if less than 3 hour flight from Philadelphia)

    West Coast
    8 hour booking minimum plus expenses

    International
    16 hour booking minimum plus expenses

Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT

For Philadelphia bookings, a 20% deposit (plus any fees if applicable) is required via either Cash App or Venmo to secure our time together.

For tour, out-of-town, travel, and TMTY/FMTY bookings, a 50% deposit (plus any fees if applicable) is required via either Cash App or Venmo to secure our time together.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation on your end forfeits the deposit, and a new deposit may be required to reschedule. Furthermore, If the notice is…

  • greater than five days before our scheduled booking, no cancellation fee applies.

  • less than five days, but greater than 48 hours, I require 50% of the remaining consideration.

  • less than 48 hours, I require 100% of the remaining consideration to be paid.

Please note that a failure to pay the agreed upon cancellation fee within 3 business days is met with a lifetime ban and multi-site blacklisting.
